The Passivity of Uncertain Fractional-Order Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delays

In this paper, we study the passive problem of uncertain fractional-order neural networks (UFONNs) with time-varying delays. First, give a sufficient condition for asymptotic stability UFONNs bounded delays by using Razumikhin theorem. Secondly, according to above criteria and some properties calculus, delay-dependent that can guarantee passivity is given in form linear matrix inequality (LMI) be reasonably solved polynomial time LMI Control Toolbox. These conditions are not only but also order-dependent, less conservative than existing work. Finally, rationality research results proved simulation.
